The Department of Commerce (DOC) has a wide range of responsibilities in the areas of trade, economic development, technology, entrepreneurship and business development, environmental stewardship, and statistical research and analysis. DOC Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) is charged with maintaining the DOC’s critical infrastructure, administering legislative and regulatory mandates, and driving technology innovation across the department and elevating bureau-level successes that can be used enterprise wide. OCIO supports the increased use of leading-edge technology to enable the department to carry out its mission more efficiently, with improved products and services at the lowest cost.

Scope of the CATTS IDIQ is to obtain support to provide services in the following task areas:
